I have never submitted an online review of any kind before, but I am now because Mr. Cally is simply outstanding. He handled my divorce case perfectly from beginning to end. Mr. Cally is extraordinarily knowledgeable in every aspect of New York divorce law. He is tremendously skilled in negotiating and in writing a contract that spells out in detail the exact agreement -on all issues, including child support, spousal maintenance, medical benefits, college costs, selling the family home, splitting up the assets, etc. My contract avoided all the potential pitfalls. I first met Jim and Lexi several years ago in a litigation matter I was handling for a client that was a third party in a matrimonial dispute involving one of Jim and Lexi's clients. I found them both to be extremely professional, amicable, competent, tough, and yet reasonable in addressing the issues in the case and dealing with opposing counsel. They were both extremely well-versed in current New York matrimonial law and very familiar with the judges, referees, attorneys, and courts in Westchester County.
