I reached out to this company to fix a foundation issue back in early/mid September, which I was told by a Structural Engineer was a simple/easy fix. I had to contact them a couple times before they responded. I finally got an appt setup through Greg for Tom to come out on 10/1. He came out and was really nice. He looked at what needed done, and I also talked to him about other things I wanted done and would be interested in getting a quote for. He took notes and said he'd also see about getting his mortar guy out to assess. He left, and I assumed I would hear back in a few days or so with a quote

Tom met with us to quote a project. He was very friendly and said that he had what he needed and would send a proposal shortly. Never sent proposal or responded to any follow-ups. They may do great work but this was a bad way to treat a potential customer.
Revision: the meeting with Tom as in February! I waited 2+ months before leaving this review.
