This is just an appreciation post to the security guard Anthony. He is always respectful whenever I come to Preston’s and greets everybody thats comes in. Similar to other reviews about rapid COVID-19 testing. Paid $150 for COVID PCR testing directly to Preston’s via credit card now my insurance is being charged $875 and I’m being asked to pay the total cost of $875…be curious of this lack of transparency if relying on Preston’s when the test is advertised as out of pocket not sure why insurance information is obtained.

DO NOT USE FOR TRAVEL!!!!!!!!!! They do not get your test results in time. They said they will have results back next day by 4pm, but it has been 48hrs and NOTHING. If you have time sensitive matters DO NOT USE THEM. They also neglect emails so good luck with that. What started off as a great experience changed to the worst. Would NOT recommend for travel.

I put just one star because i am verry frustrated of this company. We took the 24-hour covid test and it was written in the contract that we received the test before 2 p.m the other days. Today we were supposed to get our result before 2pm and we always dont reveive and presently it is 6.30pm. We were supposed to go through customs to Canada at 6:00 p.m. I call this company often between 3pm to 4pm. We are now taken to Plattsburgh. We had to go to a hotel and another covid test. Thank you Preston's Pharmacy!!!!!

My girlfriend and I got tested for COVID-19 with a RT-PCR test on Friday January 7th at 12:30 PM. The result was guarentee next day by 2 PM. We were supposed to cross the border at 6 PM on January 8th. At 3:30 PM no result had been received. Call the pharmacy and they told us that they would gave us the result by 4 PM and they would not leave the office until we received our results and call back to confirm the status. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. Had to book a hotel for 2 nights near the canadian border. Had to book two new tests. Finally received our results January 9th at 8 PM. If you have the choice

I see lots of reviews complaining that pharmacies around the area for charging more than $9 or $10 for tests. People have to understand CVS/ Walgreens/ Walmart were given government subsidies to "match" the customer payment. Sorry if they think you guys are price gouging as usual they don't do their homework and write stupid, ignorant reviews before they know the truth. Try to go and buy chicken at Giant right now and see how much it is ... or if it is available. as always Preston's nice job.

I have driven past this pharmacy for more than 20 years and never stepped foot inside until a month ago. I really wish I had before now. I can’t speak to the quality of the pharmacy itself since I have not personally been in need of their services, but judging by the previous reviews, it’s safe to say they know what they are doing. What Preston’s might not be known for is the wide and wonderful selection of gifts that are great stocking stuffers, birthday presents, etc. They have artisan soaps, candles, stationary, and so much more. They play great music and the store is clean and welcoming
