Excellent experience getting booster for my teen today. Friendly, efficient, caring staff. I've had farrrr worse experiences getting vaccines for myself, wish I had known about Joule! I was easily able to find street parking and I think there's a parking garage close by if you can't. Highly recommend Joule Pharmacy!

I was a customer at Joule for many years. Not sure what happened, but they started treating me poorly. I noticed a bad attitude, but most important they started raising the price for my medication. Then when Covid hit, I would have to wait outside for 20 minutes as they were not letting anyone inside. Even when I called just before I arrived, I still had to wait for 20 minutes. Then I would have to give my credit card to a very rude man, and it wasn't until I checked the receipt that I noticed they were charging me $25 more then before. No explanation. No asking me if that's ok. Just

I am case manager in Arlington, Va. I use Joules Pharmacy for some of my client's who live in the vicinity. The Staff is the best and very friendly. They know me by name. They are very efficient and do bubble packing which is great for my client's. They have never failed to provide the best service in town. Very personal- unlike the chain pharmacies.

I was recommended to this pharmacy by my doctor for medication that can be difficult to obtain unless your willing to wait a few days for it to be ordered. With Joule I never have to wait as it is always in stock for me. I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again. The customer service is excellent and from drop off to pickup I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Joule is quick, efficient and most importantly a reliable choice when I need my medication immediately.
