Giving Tri Start 5 stars is an understatement. The products are great, the service is even greater. I went there for the first time a couple days ago. The owner, Paul, greeted me and treated me as though I've been a customer for ages. He and Bob helped me with all my needs and addressed all my questions. Today, I had a couple questions and I called Paul, and once again, I was treated like royalty. Their prices are very good too.

Great place to purchase you car detailing needs, just don't ask too many questions otherwise you'll get a Rude Response..
I asked about a 3M backing pad & they asked why I wanted 3M I said because I like how long they last, he says well for 3M products there twice as much & shows me a Cheaper Brand, I buy it & Wish I didn't, because my two sided compounding pads won't stick..
So, Buy what you want, not what they offer you in place of the actual item you wanted in the first place..

Along with the widest selection of paint colors and clear systems, detailing products, tools,ect, they carry everything needed to get from start to finish on any project. Unreal. Went on vacation and came home to my car having been blasted by an airport sprinkler while I was gone. Called around and almost ended up paying 300 bucks to get my paint restored. I decided to at least try and do it myself before paying that much. Stoked with the results. My car looks better than it ever has in years. Spent 40 bucks on product and did it all by hand. Thanks for your recommendations!

Until discovering Tri Star I always bought what I believe to be one size fits all car care products from auto parts stores or Walmart. On my first trip, I spoke with Keith, whom I believe to be the owner. Despite multiple other customers in the shop, he took the time to show me various techniques (i.g clay bar usage) and described the other products that I should use. I never felt as though he was trying to up sell me in products that I did not need. Keith even wrote his personal cell number in the back of his business card should I have any questions. I've been back several times since and
