I didn't get service here but asked for a quote. The price was ridiculous. $1,500 to $3,000 for a front bumper. Other little shops can do a new one for around $300. But I guess when insurance is involved, prices jump ten fold. You can fix cracks and chipped paint yourself for about $100 if you're handy.

I called PJs about a 2 days ago asking about what insurance they accept or work with because my car had some front end damage due to an accident I was in a few days ago. I made an appt yesterday to have a used truck I was considering purchasing inspected for safety and quality of repair because it was a salvage title vehicle. This guy means business with insurance company's. He literally knows how they try to see you over in every single way as well as all laws involving claims etc. If it weren't for Pjs I still wouldn't have my car fixed. Will defiantly go back here! Hopefully you never need a body shop, unfortunately I was rear ended on the freeway from an out of state commercial truck. Thank God for Johnny and all of PJ'S staff who helped navigate the treacherous waters of insurance companies. They were the bright spot in the terrible ordeal. I cannot speak more highly of P.J.'s Auto Body. In 25 plus years I had no accidents, than, unfortunately had a string of bad luck. I was in 3 accidents; 08/2016, 11/2016 and 01/2017, all within a span of 6 months. As a single parent, these types of situations are very stressful in coordinating work, transportation and childcare, around scheduling repairs on my vehicle. I had never personally used PJ's before, but my vehicle was T-Boned by an uninsured driver. Made an appointment with PJ's to have it looked at. I wasn't expecting that the appraiser missed so much. So, been working on cleaning my car out so that I can get it repaired. Long story short, I was ready to drop it off. I called 2x in one day with the promise of a phone call back. Never got a call. Came here for an estimate. Johnny basically said he won't even try to repair it, didn't even bother giving me a price. Guess these guys have enough cars to keep them busy that they don't want new customers.

PJ'S has the best customer service and they do a great job at restoring a vehicle to pre-accident condition. I recently was involved in another accident and was informed by Johnny that additonal work may be needed for my vehicle. Johnny was not sure until he took it apart. I received an email from my insurance that the additional work was authorized. Of course this scared me, thinking "Oh no, there will be more time involved." Johnny calls me not more than 20 minutes later to tell me that the additonal work was authorized. Already saddened that I was paying for my rental out of

I took my 10 year old Jeep to PJ's to be repaired from a tire blow out (took off running board and side and back bumpers). The repair was so spectacular, people think I bought a brand new car!!! They even had to go the extra mile to get custom built running boards since the Jeep is so old. Most importantly, they did the interaction with the insurance company after the initial claim so I didn't have to deal with that headache! Excellent workmanship and excellent customer service!

They should get 10 stars, but 5 will have to do. I have insurance problems, and they have been so helpful, all my hair would have fallen out by now if the front office hadn't been able to explain what's about to happen. This accident totaled my parked car. My out of pocket has been killing me, and they have given me tips to get money back from the bank and yhe insurance company.
Go get gap insurance now, and always have rental car coverage. The insurance company will try to talk you out of it, or not offer it. Get it anyway

I've had my vehicle repaired by Johnny and have known others that have as well, all say the same thing: Johnny is as honest as the day is long, will repair your car correctly, and correctly means he won't discount what needs to be done because the insurance company wants to save a few bucks at your expense. I've been hit by you crazy drivers a few times and every time I've gone to PJ's. Most recently, I was having a horrendous experience with Geico. They were cheap, rude, and completely lost the meaning of customer service. The only shining light in this ordeal was PJ's.

Sherra is probably the best receptionist/front office/wonder woman in any company. She's sweet, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and funny. She was able to keep me smiling in a situation that was not pleasant and kept me informed when I was worried.

PJ's is probably THE MOST amazing body shop I've ever been to!! I came in with my car that was in an accident. I have never been through the situation before, and I was so scared and unsure someone out there was going to try to rip me off - either the body shop, insurance company, lawyer, anyone!
