Beautiful hotel with a great bar and grill attached to it. Location is perfect for enjoying all of what PDC has to offer. Met the owner Brian and he really cares about his customers and hearing about their experience. Rooms are very modern and up to date. Staff was responsive and made sure our stay was the best possible!

We stayed here for two nights. Right off the bat we were impressed, this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It's decorated perfectly and it's so clean. But, when we went to sleep for the night was when we discovered the bulk of the issues.
First if all, walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing/watching and the ceiling seems to amplify the sound of people walking around. The air conditioner doesn't have a constant fan setting so there is no continuous white noise, the blankets are nice and warm until you get overly warm, and the beds are so soft it's hard to get comfortable

The hotel was clean and modern. The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. There is little sound proofing between floors and there is no carpet so every step in the room above you reverberates loudly. If you stay here, ask for a room on the top floor.

The Waterfront Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel staff were fantastic! I needed to print a document the night I arrived and they were able to accommodate me. They were friendly and also provided recommendations as requested. They have a restaurant/bat on site that has a deck with patio heaters. The hotel was clean. They serve a full breakfast every morning. Have coffee and tea available all day. If I am ever in Prairie Du Chien I will stay there again.

The overall facility was clean and modern. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. We spent an evening having drinks and food in the restaurant. While the restaurant had a somewhat limited menu, our food was excellent and the staff and ambiance were great. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of getting married here and can't say enough good things about the whole experience. They were so attentive throughout the whole process, and delivered an amazing result on my wedding day. I truly had the best day, and owe a lot of thanks to the Waterfront!
My makeup artist cancelled on me last minute and the hotel owner made calls and was able to find me one last minute! That is five star service :)

Our stay was nice! Clean, nicely decorated hotel and room with a great complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The bar was really nice with good food and service. My only gripe about our stay was that the AC would not go below 65 degrees and the room was barely cool. I would have preferred having a cooler stay when temps were in the 90s all weekend.
