Blue sky was prompt and affordable, but didn't display much attention to detail in our siding installation. They didn't have a sufficient quantity of the siding color we needed, so they painted a similar color to match, but the paint job was lackluster and has a lot of blotches and unpainted sections. The siding itself is high quality, but the adhesives and caulk have been falling apart in the year since they installed it. While I know nothing lasts forever, I had hoped I wouldn't be fixing it myself so soon.

I would recommend working with Jimmy and Skyblue. They replaced the entire back siding of our 3 story building, including removing and installing an attached fire escape. The work quality was great, and Jimmy was transparent and responsive through the whole process. The pricing was transparent and fair as well.

After moving into our new house, we noticed a section of siding at the back that had been covered in vinyl was starting to warp pretty badly.
I contacted SkyBlue Builders, and Jimmy was quick to respond - he asked for some photos of the area and was able to give me a quote based on these that was very reasonable. I had some other contractors tell me it would be very expensive and require scaffolding, even though it was only a 50 sq ft section. Jimmy, however, was no nonsense and stated it would be one day job and they could do it with ladders.
He came round to double check on the measurements

I had a really positive experience with SkyBlue. They replaced a section of damaged siding and window frame on our (very old) apartment building in SF. They set up scaffolding and got the job done in a couple days. And they painted it with matching colors. It looks great now. Jimmy the project manager was easy to work with and fast to respond. He was transparent and fair with his quote, and later with a change order and reasons for the change. Definitely recommend reaching out to SkyBlue for a quote.

I highly recommend SkyBlue Builders. I needed the old siding replaced on my home and it was a bit of a complex job. I obtained several different evaluations and quotes.
