Services
Yvette Edward is the chef and proprietor behind the menu and operations at Mola's. She grew up in Panama learning to create the authentic cuisine you will find at her restaurant. She eventually came to the United States and learned how to incorporate the Caribbean flavors and techniques into American dishes, thus creating this splendid and unique hybrid menu that you will find when you visit.

Just tried their oxtail dish, it was pretty good, just prepared a bit differently than i'm used to. The meat is tender, the rice & peace cooked very well. My only complaint is the amount of fat on the oxtails, but great service and better pricing, I will definitely be returning to try their other dishes.

Excellent lunch spot, checks many of the boxes I look for in any restaurant. The food is consistently great and I've enjoyed everything I've ever tried. I will always recommend their curry chicken, my only tiny complaint is that I sometimes get a small shard of bone in some entrees (be wary). Other than that the restaurant is small with really friendly and welcoming owners that will remember and interact with customers. Prices is amazing for what you get. On a road full of fast food chains I would say this spot is a gem, give it a try and even if you don't love it you will not be

The ownership is just as spectacular as the food! They will greet you with a smile and make sure you get a meal you will love! Yvette prepares the food carefully and with attention to detail, rewarding us with a glimpse of what we would have if we were in the Caribbean. It's like going on vacation right in our backyard! Go there as soon as you can!

Small operation with great service and a smile. Curry chicken was great, and the price was so cheap it seemed almost unfair. $5 and change got me a full delicious meal that I would've paid more for with no objections. They offer a slightly different menu daily with a special each day of the week. Looking forward to going on a Wednesday for the Ox tail. If you are looking for home cooked ethnic cuisine (which is not easy to find in the area) give this place a try!

I live in the area and I drive by the strip mall every day and see the sign and never thought twice about it. One day I decide to drive up there to see what this place was all about and I was surprised to find that they sold Jamaican and Hispanic food. Some of my favorites, so I decided to gave it a try, and I'm so glad that I did. I got the baked tilapia. The fish was very tender baked to perfection, I got the rice and peas: trust me it was the real deal. rice and peas were cooked to perfection. The mix vegetables looked like they were from a frozen bag but upon closer look they were fresh
