We are Stephen and Suzann Kitchens. We've been involved in the roofing business since 1982, being in the construction industry since 1978. We are sincerely interested in providing any type of roof service you may need including but not limited to new roof installations, various reroofing options, roof leak repairs, annual or semi-annual maintenance inspections, repairs and/or flashing work required for the installation or removal of roof-top equipment, pipes, pitch pans, etc.

Roofix Inc., located in Riddleton TN, has years of experience in Commercial Roofing from New Roof Installations, Roof Leak Repairs, Roof Replacements and Roof Maintenance. Roofix Inc. investigates, repairs and/or replaces all types of roof systems. Our roofing technicians conduct investigations at the point of water damage and track it backwards using the clues found during the investigation.
We provide a minimum two year water tight warranty on all roof repairs on a wide variety of different roof systems. We provide detailed roof drawings along with inspection reports and photos of your existing roof. Thermal Imaging Scans are available per our client's request; our scans will detect heating and/or cooling losses in buildings.

You and your team worked diligently through rain and cold weather to get us in the dry as well as met all our schedule requests. Does not work well on a corporate level. Roofix gave quote to repair several roofs, did not document work needed to repair holes in decking. Called to have them update quote and John decided that the time his guys spent giving the previous quote was too long. He started complaining about how his guys took 4 hours to do the quote, and that i needed to approve his previous quote in order for him to update the scope of work.
This was just getting quotes for work needed. If they acted like this now i cant imagine how they act when actually doing the work
