Listen... let me tell you all how much I greatly appreciate this company....
I contacted ANOTHER moving company a month ago and told them EVERY DETAIL of my move. I was moving from a 2nd floor 1 bedroom to a 3rd floor 1 bedroom and didn’t have much stuff mostly items in baskets and crates and my king bed and frame, tv and large floor mirror. The man gave me the pricing and I told him I would let him know the exact day at a later time. I contacted him this past Monday to schedule a move for today Friday. We agrees on 10am. THURSDAY around 2 I contacted him because he told me that they would contact me 24hr prior to the move to make sure everything was still on. 1st Problem was he then told me there was no need to contact him they only require that when it’s a last minute move. (sir that’s not in the message you sent but ok)... He then texts me THURSDAY NIGHT with 21 questions about my move that I answered in my initial inquiry to him and then basically tried to say for them to move me it would be 300+ MORE DOLLARS than the $270 he had already quoted me to move....(say... say what) He proceeds to tell me it’s just going up and down stairs in exhausting and he didn’t know it would be all these stairs... (I have the screen shots to prove you did) If you had a problem going up and down stairs you could have told me that from jump so I could find someone else... mind you I’m moving on the same complex.
So at this point I’m PISSED & FRUSTRATED because this is the night before the move...so I made a post and a friend had C&C Brothers to call me. I explained the situation to Chris and he was up front about everything including the cost and told me they could still fit me in for Friday. Chad and I’m not sure of the other guys name but they both were very nice.. I basically left them alone because I had to work (working from home) and they literally were done right before the 2 hour mark. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Chris even called to make sure that everything was good. I can’t express how much appreciate not only their service but their professionalism as well.

These guys are AWESOME! They had the most patience working around a nightmare of a new landlord. We had a horrible time scheduling due to last minute changes from the Landlord. They stayed with us all along the way and even went above and beyond to help us rectify our nightmare landlord’s insanity. Thank you so much C&C Brother’s for working with us! Again you guys are so awesome! Highly recommend you guys to anyone.
