Eventually I determined to own my own firm and started Nest Services about 10 years ago in 2007. When I started the company I had two primary goals: Treat my customers well and treat my employees just as well so they would pay that treatment forward.

James will answer the phone! As the owner of Nest Pest Control, he is passionate about quality control and will answer your questions. Then a pest control technician will be sent to your home, or James will come himself, and treat for bed bugs! We've performed tens of thousands of pest control treatments and killed many millions of bed bugs.
We take calls day and night, however, since we need to see the nest properly, we will remove it in the light. You could have the beehive removed as soon as today. When you need a bee hive removed, James, the owner of Nest Pest Control, will answer the phone and set up a time to meet you and give you a free estimate of the cost and time frame to remove the nest.

Worst. Company. Ever. First Time they were supposed to show up they gave us a 3 hour window. And no call no showed. We told them if we were to use them they needed to come out at a scheduled time. They did. But the bug issue was worse than ever after they left. They were supposed to come for a follow up appointment the next week. No call no show again.and they aren't answering their phone.
300$ wasted on a terrible company. I was planning on signing up for their bi monthly spray. Instead I'm going to make sure that none of my friends and family ever have to deal with this poor customer service

Great start with clear communication and ease of setting up appointment. I was impressed with the automatic text message confirming the appointment and then another email as well about the appointment I was thinking this was great service...I was given a 3hr window of arrival. then the day of NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT, NO SHOW. That was 4days ago and I never even heard from them.
