Phillips Brothers is supposed to be the preferred towing company for my apartment complex. Someone parked in my reserved spot, and I called them at 0629 and was promised service within 1-1.5 hours. They did not show up until after 10 am, and then claimed they needed to wait for property manager approval despite us having management issued after hours tow authorization cards that have our designated spot number as well to confirm this. Their driver Chris called me personally and told me not to have an attitude because they’re supposedly not paid by my complex nor under a contract which implies

My trucks breaks went out. My insurance company had Phillips Brothers Towing come haul Toxicity(my trucks name) home for me. The ride home was very nice. The gentleman, Tim, made sure I felt at ease about my truck. As we chatted about cars and hunting and our jobs the ride was over in the blink of an eye. I went to tip him after dropping Toxicity and myself off but I didn't have cash and he didn't have cashapp. I apologized several times. He insisted it was fine. So SHOUT OUT TO TIM! AND SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE AT PHILLIPS I can tell that you guys have great worth ethic and morals beyond business

All I can say is, how can you already top perfection when Phillips Brothers delivers it so effortlessly? This tow company deserves much more recognition. Huge shout-out to Mo who was absolutely professional on every level and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In the future, if I ever need a tow service, this is the first place I will be looking.

Phillips Brothers Towing was very helpful. They were quick to arrive and very thorough. Not only did they tow my vehicle but they helped me figure out how to get my 5 children off of the very busy interstate safely, walked into the mechanic shop with me, and didn't leave me until I had a way to get myself and my children to our hotel. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
