Waiting outside in the cold, because people here are rude. I was just in an accident, they tell me to go to the office. I go to office and asked why I am there. Another employee sent me here. They stare at me not even acknowledge me or offer me a place to set. Very poor communication and rude employees. Please provide better care of your customers.

I called East End Towing very early in the morning due to locking the keys in my work truck. The dispatcher answered right away and was very friendly and helpful. They dispatched driver Mark Kling to my location and he arrived pretty fast. My work truck is designed to prevent lockpicking. He had to try several different methods, but he finally got the stubborn door open. I was impressed that he never gave up. The door was frustrating me and I wasn't even working on it. I will definitely be calling East End again if myself or anyone I know needs help. I highly recommend East End Towing if you want

Because I've had AAA for years I have used EAST END TOWING for many services. They have always been prompt, kind and completed the service needed quickly. This time they went beyond the "call of duty". After a wreck, they towed my car but also removed items from my car that I needed and a really nice gentlemen returned them to me. 5 out of 5 stars.

I had originally called a different wrecker who just kept missing the time scheduled without calling me. When I'd call they'd say, "We had to move it back a couple of hours." This happened twice. I finally called East End on the recommendation of a friend. Not only were they there before the time they originally quoted me. They called me to let me know they were on the way so I was aware of what was going on. Because the car was on the interstate, they even said I could leave the key in the glove box and go somewhere safe. I'll be using them again!

Rude as men, especially the one who sits at the counter in the red gaming chair. They way that things are now you would think they have a card reader or something even PayPal the accept a debit / credit card transactions. So you spent more time looking for a decent working ATM and there's no banks the tow yard. Nearest bank In Baseline @ GeyerSprings .. EASTEND TOWING. Needs to update their operations

EET deleted 1st review so again! Spun out on slippery road Cantrell "Dead Man's Curve", just rained. Phone fell passenger side so a local traffic officer called East End Towing. Rather than take it to the place we discussed they IMPOUNDED vehicle (and lied about saying police told them). We had asked how to pay them, they never actually answered so we said tow to Moore Robinson and they will pay them and put on our account. They lied again said they took to Firestone (verified by 2 Firestone stores they never showed up. I called and recorded both responses). East End didn't

Morning rush hour and destroyed my front rim and tire on my Triumph motorcycle while on a cross country trip. Insurance company assigned East End Towing as my provider and they were amazing.
Quick response, friendly and helpful driver, and went the extra mile - literally. Helped me find a dealer willing to help get me back on the road same day.
Not every tow company can pick up a European touring bike and handle it appropriately. They were fantastic.

One very busy morning I called for a stranded friend that was on his way to his appointment at VA, the wonderful folks at East End Towing stepped up and took care of him right away! We were stuck at an intersection... downtown... at rush hour. Cameron got our car loaded and ready to go quickly, safely and with care. He was amazingly efficient and very personable on the drive to the mechanic's. No one likes to be in a situation to where they have their car towed but if you need a tow I highly recommend Cameron and East End Towing!

Our motorhome broke down while traveling thru Little Rock. AAA sent East End tow. They arrived in a reasonable time and sent the proper equipment and extra drivers to help. The drivers were all friendly and professional and helped us find a shop that could repair our drive shaft. Highly recommend them.

You're in a pickle. Maybe someone hit your car, maybe your faithful sedan quit on your way home from work, or maybe (as was the case for me) you were driving from Texas to Connecticut in a cross-country move and your car decided spring a leak and jettison all of your coolant on the highway outside of Little Rock.

I am SO pleased with this company. I'm from Boston, MA, and I am a dispatcher for state farm. I had an upset customer who was waiting on the side of the road for over 2 hours, with his little GIRL. How scary is that? The last agent never really secured his service like they should have. I called this company after seeing that they did not pick up the phone for the last agent, and immediately I was impressed. I spoke to Patrick and he was SOO awesome. He even told his driver to turn around, because the driver was coming from Pine Bluff, and even told the driver he had his little girl with him
