I recently lost my engagement ring on a camping trip (I will NEVER get over that). I hadn’t even considered replacing it (I didn't want to), but my cousin was so heartbroken for me, she gave me the engagement ring from her first marriage. I came here to drop off my son's gold bracelet to get repaired because recently one of the links broke.I like Ruby's jewelry shop because they are located in the very nice Pinewood square plaza and they are near my home. They also have great customer service and decent prices especially for fixing jewelry. It was done in one day and they even cleaned it. I'm very happy and my son will be also.
TIP: even though there isn't much available parking nearby because this plaza is usually very busy, do not attempt to double park in the fire zone because often there are police cars

They are absolutely the best and so very caring! My favorite watch needed fixing after fixing until it finally didn't work. They did everything they could up and over what you would expect. I went in to pick up my watch and he found me a new one almost identical and just gave it to me, feeling bad he couldn't fix mine! Amazing, you don't find people like this anymore who truly care about their customers and who are just so genuine and giving. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart!

My boyfriend was looking to have a custom ring made and we were referred here. We had a wonderful experience here! My boyfriend explained that he wanted The Cave of Wonders tiger from Aladdin. Robert was friendly and helpful. His work is beautiful and the ring is exactly what my boyfriend wanted! This place is truly the diamond in the rough! I took my watch to them to have the battery replaced. Within 10 minutes of having my watch in the back room they come out and tell me all the hands have fell off... but they didn't do anything to it. I "must have bumped it" was what they told me. I've had that watch for years and the battery changed a couple times with no problem. You can come to your own conclusions but I won't be back.
