To note I assume that Monitor Pest Control is contracted with my leasing agency Excalibur Homes, so while I am not a direct customer they are paid by my lease owner.
Dan and one of his technicians were tasked with helping out with a termite issue at my property I rent. They did a good job, and handled the task at hand quickly. His technician was also very nice and professional.
My only complaint is that Dan did not discuss a date of arrival when we first spoke on Tuesday 30 Mar 2021, he said he would see if they could come out and that was the last I heard. Then Dan and his technician showed

This company is the vendor to the company that I rent from. They were contacted to come and render services to our home to include disinfecting our attic space. I was advised that since my son has asthma I may not want him to be around for that part of them fixing the problem. So fast forward to today I got a call from DAN. This is NOT the person I spoke with the first time. This was my first time speaking to DAN. Dan was RUDE and a little inconsiderate. I basically expressed my concerns and he said maybe we could leave a key so that they can do the disinfection while I’m out of the home. So

June 22nd ( via ) our text thread Dan came out.. we had a centipede issue. We paid for the service and said the payment was good for the whole year, and to call him when needed. I call him about month 1/2 later. He doesn’t recall coming to the house or is paying him. And he says that’s not unprofessional. People make mistakes.. which is fine.. but you’re not going to go back and forth with a person who has a copy of the text thread and the day you came to the house and started services. He was unprofessional and rude..

Amazing service! Had fleas in our house and called over 10 places on a Friday and Monitor was the only place that said yes. They moved appointments around to accommodate and were extremely efficient and helpful. They informed us of ways to prevent a recurrence and the nexts step to ensure our house is safe. Highly recommend!!!!

Monitor Pest Control is wonderful. We've had both Dan and Emerson come out to our homes (first an apartment, and now a new house). They have both been excellent! Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always with great, friendly service. The disastrous infestation at our apartment was completely handled by them. We used to see six roaches/day. After Dan took care of it, we saw none in more than 18 months (and counting)! Honestly, they saved my marriage: I'm pretty sure my wife was on the verge of moving to the Yukon if we didn't get our problem solved quickly. Thank you!

A few weeks ago a repairman told the home warranty co. and me that "bugs" (which had been completely invisible to us) had infested and conked out the control panel of the 25+ yr old dishwasher.
[Upon replacing the dishwasher we didn't observe any bugs in, under, or around the 25 yr old appliance.]
My hub had been using 'natural products' to to keep pests away but our homemade solutions appeared ineffectual at repelling late autumn visits from "Palmetto bugs" and spiders building webs outside our windows.
I checked Yelp reviews and called Dan @ https://monitorpest

Dan has been fantastic and extremely accommodating. My husband and I had a mouse/squirrel problem and Dan answered his phone (on a SATURDAY) ready to help, and within 20 minutes he was at our place taking care of it right away. He had great communication and his prices were fair. We highly recommend Monitor Pest Control and plan to use them if we need them in the future.

Questionable service.
--From a customer of Monitor Pest Control service to a building served by the various individuals who work for the company. I found his pest control to be phenomenal when he chose to do his job but his own personal interest in me to be very questionable. In fact, the questions that he (the person who last came to handle to the job) asked had nothing to do with pest control and were more about me and my life and personal business than they were about ridding my place of the pests that keep coming back. I am rid of pests for now but can't be sure what anyone is up to here

We used the predecessor company for years and it was good. Never a problem and good pricing. New owner just raised our price by between 30 and 40% and we found several other companies able to provide the service at a meaningfully lower price than Monitor’s new price. I would encourage all to shop around and make sure you don’t overpay for basic pest control.

I really appreciate Dan and his customer service. He is honest, transparent, professional and a super cool dude. When I initially switched, I called him on a Tuesday and he was at my house by Friday (he would have been here earlier if my scheduled allowed). He did a synopsis, sprayed my house on the outside and inside and I have to say, the results are MUCH better than the old service I use to use. His once a year concept makes sense and it definitely saves time considering the old way I use to schedule my pest control service. Don't hesitate to call him.

Dan is the owner as is extremely attentive to his customers. He responds promptly and his prices are fair. His approach to once a year pest control worked incredible for me. I have had no issues and haven't had to take off to meet the "bug guy" like I did in years past each quarter. He's professional and friendly... he's truly the best!

Dan was great, I called him in the morning about some kind of swarming bug in the house at night and he arrived in about 2 hours. Said it was ants that are attracted to indoor lamps this time of year, but they'll be gone in a week. Not to worry. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I would definitely recommend him -- he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
