Quoted $219 over the phone & then wanted to charge over $300 in person. I talked them down to $270, explaining I had already been quoted $219 for 4 rooms, 2 staircases, a small open area at the top of the stairs & a small walk-in closet - these last 2 areas were what they were charging more for, even though I had already described them on the phone & had them included in the $219 quote. With taxes, final price was close to $300. Landlords told me they could have covered the carpet cleaning for $50 less. The carpets were clean. Just be very specific about areas when getting a quote & be stubborn

I've been using this company for a couple of years now. I love the fact that they do a dry cleaning system (which is better for the life of your carpet) instead of a wet vac system. Not to mention the carpet dries faster this way also. Doug and the rest of the guys are always very professional and their pricing is very reasonable. I have townhome rentals and I like the fact that they schedule me in quickly. They are in-and-out, in probably around 30 minutes for the whole townhome. I will continue to use Dri-Masters for my carpet cleaning needs from now on.

I was very pleased with Dri-Masters! It was very easy to make an appointment, the technicians were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did a walkthrough prior to cleaning the carpet, pointing out any stains that likely wouldn't come out. After they left and the carpet dried, I found a small stain that wasn't there prior to cleaning. So I called and they sent technicians out to remove it! I highly recommend Dri-Masters!

Owner is unprofessional!
We had our carpets cleaned on July 10, 2018 and our carpet looked brand new while it was wet. Once it dried all of the heavy traffic areas look as if they had not been cleaned. I called back for the company to return at which time the operator scheduled me for July 27, 2018 between 10-12pm.
On July 27, 2018 at 12 noon I spoke to Dave who reassured me that someone would be coming out, but there had been a delay in the schedule due to the recent flooding in surrounding areas. Based on the flooding comment I decided to call back in about an hour, and that is when I spoke

I would not ever recommend this company. I scheduled them a month before we were to move. We arranged for them to come to our apartment at 11:00 AM. I received a call at 8:45 saying they were on their way. We had already moved and were not staying there any longer. I told them we were scheduled for 11 AM. He told me they'd do another house then come to our apartment. They never showed up so I called to find out when to expect them and was told between 12 and 2 this time. Unprofessionally managed. Unreliable scheduling. Great work. Arrived hours after the scheduled 5h window. They refused to provide a time window when i called early in the day, then they lied about the status of a tech enroute, then the tech called an hour after that to say he would arrive an hour later. However, when they arrived, the techs were polite, professional, and provided great service.

Travis and Anthony did an amazing job! They went wayyyy beyond my expectations; my carpets are now pristine & are stain free & at a great price. Travis went out of his way to explain why their process is better than regular steam cleaning (carpets get soaked, backing gets broken down). He was careful in moving furniture & was extremely polite & professional. Best carpet cleaning experience ever. Would ask for Travis again, no question. Will not use any other service from now on.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Dave & Mike. They were phenomenal! They actually showed up early to my house, which I didn't mind, had the job done in less than 45 minutes. I had a total of 4 rooms and a staircase done. Mike gave me great deals on extras like carpet deodorizers, stain guards and a deal on the staircase. Both men were knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips for maintaining the cleanliness of the carpet. They took special care to high-traffic areas and underneath where my son sits at the dinner table. Never again. Wish the lady of the house had checked out yelp before booking these unprofessional clowns. 9am appointment. It's now 1pm. The guy was apparently on another job and they wanted him to do more rooms than they had booked him for. So instead of saying, "Sure, let's reschedule that as I have another appointment that it would be very unprofessional of me to just blow off", he stayed and totally blew our whole day. Beware! NOT a reputable company. There was an ad for carpet cleaning in the local mailer that listed 2 rooms for $80 so I thought why not. I really only needed one room done but they reported they had a minimum charge for $75 so I figured I would just have another room done. The room I needed done was a room that had fairly new carpet installed within a year and was in a nursery but had fresh puppy urine. The service men were nice, however I am not overall happy. I informed the men that I am sensitive to smell and they said it would not last long. I upgraded to a deodorizer and the smell is making me sick. I had to re-clean my carpets, and when poring out the water it was brown. Why would my water be brown after my carpets were just cleaned?
