I was in need of a car due to wanting a fresh start I called and got contacted with Liam(the miracle worker) he took some general information over the phone and started this process. So we found the prefect car at Apex Imports which was 3 and 1/2 hours away from where we live. Michael McNabb was our salesman and I must say he was an absolute pleasure to work with!!!! He worked wonders to get our monthly payments exactly where we wanted them to be! He even took the extra mile by making arrangements with the manager to hold the car for 5 days when we weren’t able to travel right away!!! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Tesla! Landy provided great customer service, 10/10. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the process relatively stress free. I was apprehensive about the no haggle method at first, but now I likely won’t purchase any other way.
The only thing I’d mention is the detailing wasn’t the greatest. There was still dog hair and dust/dirt in the car and the wheels weren’t cleaned along with some other minor details. I spend a few hours the next day cleaning it properly. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

[Update below] Yay! I just got a used car here after a painstaking online search of the surrounding 250 miles, and 2 visits to other dealerships. This was the best experience ive ever had at a dealership! Alexis Jones provided amazing service over the phone before I even stepped into the dealership! Mohammad was my salesman and he did a wonderful job explaining the car and answering all of our questions. I shopped the Raleigh area for a VW Jetta and found that Alex imports had the best price of any dealers in the area. I did the pre-approval through Capital One before I got there and things went very smoothly. Liam helped me when I got there and made sure that the process was smooth. My wife and I were both on the financing but she could not come with me so Liam actually followed me home to get the paperwork completed. This was by far the smoothest car buying experience! I saw the car I wanted online and was able to send them a text so they can pull it off to the side so I can take a look at it in person after work. Before I even got there I was able to negotiate a great price with very little stress. I was helped by Khaled, one of the finance managers there. Even though it wasn't within his job description to show me around the features of the car, he did so anyways. The price was great, the car was fantastic, and the service was exemplary! Dishonest sales rep - lied about difference between advertised and actual mileage. Dishonest dealership - adds on extras not advertised in listed price.
There was a 1500+ mile discrepancy between the advertised and actual mileage. When I asked the rep about it, he said it's because of test drives. Thank you for insulting my intelligence. I told him no way there are 1500 miles worth of test drives in that period. Later I found a temporary registration that didn't work out for some reason. The rep acknowledged it, confirming he knew and lied about it. It was a stupid lie since it wouldn
