Crossroads INFINITI of APEx is my preferred location to get my Infiniti Serviced. The staff is friendly and professional, the service is top notch and timely, while the loaner vehicle service offered makes it so much easier on me and my family. Just the other day, I had a major 60k service scheduled in the morning, while the weather forecast showed snow in the evening. The team at Crossroads, because of their knowledge and expertise, was able to run services in parallel where applicable, significantly speeding up the service time. With their loaner car, I was able to take my son to his appointment

I really like this dealership. I have had my Infinity looked after there for several years. Beautiful facility that leaves the Ford and Jaguar dealerships for dead. This visit they unfortunately overcharged me for a diagnostic test but to their credit when I pointed it out they immediately corrected the mistake and gave me a refund. I was pleasantly surprised and will use them again in the future. I have never had any issues with the repairs they have done for me its always been top notch. Worth a visit.

I’ve always had great service at Infiniti of Apex! Jackson helped me this last time (for an oil change and inspection) and he was great! He answered all my questions and double checked that my “alert” messages have been turned off before I drove away. I am very happy to be one of their customers!

Our service at South Atlanta Infiniti has always been a wonderful experience. We did not have enough time to have our Qx60 serviced before travel. While in North Carolina at the USA Baseball Facility, I called to just to see if an appointment was available. Guess what, I did not need one for an oil change etc.. As a result, we drove there and was serviced within 30 min!! It is normally one and half hours even with an appointment! The service was excellent!

This is my first time at this location, I went here to have my new Infiniti service and the service was absolutely impeccable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I explained that this is my first time visiting their location and they were extremely accommodating and kind to me. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a lovely customer waiting area. They even gave me free cookies at the end of my service, wash my car and vacuum the inside. I would highly recommend and I will continue to come here.

We make the drive from Wake Forest to get both our Infiniti and our non-Infiniti (that we purchased here) serviced. The customer service is the model for what customer service should be. Every person you make contact with is kind and helpful. When it comes to getting cars serviced and repaired unfortunately it can be difficult to trust, especially if you've ever had a bad experience. The service writers always explain if they've found anything that needs attention and if it can wait or not. Overall it's the level of personal attention and care here that brings us back - and the cookies

Picked up my 2013 Infiniti G37 from having warranty work done today. It was washed, waxed, and had two cold water bottles in the holder. I am so impressed how they stuck by the warranty even though the issue was not caused by their dealership, but one in Nashville where we bought the car. They kept on the issue until it was completely solved. The staff was super professional and polite, and kept me up to date on the progress. The manager told me he wanted to be sure I was fully able to enjoy my beautiful car. My next car will definitely be purchased here.
