My 11 and half year old cat, Chumpy, has been my constant companion since I found him abandoned at 4 days old. I had pretty much given up hope of him pulling through with his pancreatitis and pneumonia. I’ve done cat rescues for many years and never seen one this sick and live. But, Dr. Kelley and her amazing staff took such great care of him. It took a couple of weeks of up and downs but now Chumpy is almost back to his normal ornery self. I can’t thank you all enough for giving me more time with my old buddy.

Save your money. Every time I ask the vet to do something, it never gets done. My dog was picked up still throwing up with diarrhea. Two visits later and $700, still no solid answer. We took him in just to get a guess from the vet, and sent home. Then we had to turn around and take him back two days later just to get another guess, with another bill. The billing clerk has an attitude way above her pay grade and she wants to give medical advise that she has no business giving. I'm not sure the vet knows what's going on, we'll see another vet in the future. When a client ask specifically for something

I moved to Mt Vernon and was hoping this Dr would be good for my dog. I made an appointment to just establish and meet her. We waited an hour after scheduled and then was asked why I was there several times like they didn't even want to see my dog. I figured was just a bad day so I decided to board my dog there and was told they would walk him 3 times a day along with playtime and the Dr was in and out all day. This is 100% not true! They let him out maybe every 12 hours if your lucky and no one stops by. I asked to get him at 10 this morning and am still waiting to get him and it's after 8pm.

I just want to Thank everyone at Mt. Vernon Animal Clinic for the great care they took of Girlie. I'm so glad they were able to get her in so fast and all the patience they had. They were wonderful with her. My baby is feeling 100% better and is her normal self. I can't say Thank you enough. Girlie said Thank you also.😚🐕
