At London Veterinary Clinic, our goal is keeping your pet happy and healthy. Thanks to modern diagnostics and our on-site laboratory, we're able to do just that for sick and injured pets. Diagnostic imaging allows us to examine your pet's internal organs and body systems to better diagnose their conditions.

They must have been running behind which I have never experienced there in past visits. Arrived early for a ten o'clock appointment with my friend for her dog. Wound up there almost an hour and a half. But...great care was provided. Staff were friendly and professional. The Vet spent time explaining about the dogs health and any steps needed to be taken. These Docs are great, kind, considerate and compassionate!

I have taken my dogs to the London Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. They have been wonderful and compassionate with our dogs up to this point. I miss the pre covid days when owners were allowed inside to interact with the doctors regarding their pets treatment. This is why I am giving one star instead of 5. These are challenging times for us all but enough is enough.
Those who have gone the extra mile and taken the risk of having the vaccine should be allowed in the clinic with mask. I lost my beloved dog last year during covid and live with the memory of not being able to come inside the

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
My mamaw was made to stand outside at the door while her dog died today, she died standing there in the parking lot, after several had come out of the office and asked questions but no one had any empathy or even bothered to try to make our Lady comfortable as she passed. Really disappointed in how this was handled.

Furious : I am so disappointed right now. Had an appointment for my dog for X-ray today. She ( my baby pet) was advised to fast overnight. We followed that. As per appointment we dropped her at 8:00 AM. Finally called them at 1:00PM after no communication from them (it was expected to take about 3 hrs.) Answer: We need to do the blood test because we need to Sedate her. My response : Okay, please call me when she is ready to be picked up. No call back again. I called back again at 4:10 PM to check on her. Response: we could not get to her today, we were very busy, we need to keep her overnight
