After our own inspection you are invited to do a walkthrough inspection of our work and will be asked to give us feed back regarding your interior House painting experience. We remove tape and plastic, light plates are put back, furniture and accessories are moved back to your desired location, floors are swept, carpets are vacuumed, and all of our materials are removed.

The most common application we use is spray and back roll, what this does is puts the paint on the wall with an airless spray gun and staff will follow up with a wet roller to ensure a quality bond and finish to your home.Our clean up is done daily as well as upon the completion of our work. Plastic will be pulled and your touch up paint we leave you will be stored in a neatly manor.

Michael is a personable guy. He'll talk your ear off if you give him half a chance. That's the only negative thing I can say about my dealings with AP&PS. Michael always returned my calls, showed up on time, and did an excellent job of painting the exterior of my house. A lot of guys could do that, though, and the thing that sets Michael above the crowd is that he listened to my concerns and followed up on them. For instance, when I moved into our house there was NO landscaping, and so every plant you see, I personally planted it. Also the ones that died before I planted these. I asked him to be

I hired Michael Jaconetta after a very irresponsible contractor left me hanging for the build-out of my chiropractic office. I asked Michael if I was still early in the game to hire him for my project. He said, "YES"; which gave me hope that he could help me. I gave him an unrealistic deadline with a unrealistic budget. Being a new home owner, I can honestly say good help is hard to find. Finding a quality company like American Painting & Property was such a blessing. Michael and his team were there AT THE SCHEDULED time, did amazing work and went out of their way to keep the area being drywalled clean and tidy.
