In addition to muscular strength, mobility and pain management, our boxing methods are derived from proven Olympic and professional level boxing principles and techniques.

Our Level One Boxing and Barbells Online Certification Course breaks down the basics of boxing and weight lifting, in addition to teaching you a class format that you can replicate. LEVEL 1 COURSE CONSIST OF OVER 75 VIDEO LESSONS and over 100 page manual.
We will come to your facility if you would like to host a Boxing and Barbells certification course for your staff, covering both levels. Level One Boxing and Barbells Certification Course breaks down the basics of boxing and weight lifting. In addition, we teach you a class format that you can use immediately.
How cool would it be to have an Olympic level boxing coach and professional bodybuilder training you in your living room?. Don't have time? Can't use that excuse. You will always have at least 20 minutes to workout. We give you options of 20, 30 and 45 minute workouts. Don't worry! If you are new to boxing or strength training, we give you all the tools you need to have a fun, safe, effective workout.

I was finding it difficult to stay motivated enough to maintain a steady routine at a big brand gym and with my 40th birthday on the horizon, I needed something new to get me up from my desk. This has been the ONLY workout regimen that I’ve stuck to relatively well. I’ve had my days off here and there, but Cary’s classes are workouts that I MISS if I don’t have them. She is no-nonsense and no excuses, but it’s because she’s trying to train you. If you’re ready to let yourself be trained, and commit to doing the things she tells you to do, her classes and challenges will work for you.

Really phenomenal experience. It’s a smaller gym with Cary running the show. The Stables is a gem in the sense that it’s a real boxing studio. You learn how to correctly box, regardless if you ever want to enter the ring. Small class size allows Cary to focus on your form and technique to allow for corrections. It’s almost like getting personal training without the price tag! If you’re interested in really learning the sport, give The Stables a try!

Cary is the best and only coach you’ll need. She is there to teach and push you to your limits. She dedicates so much time to form and technique!!!!! This is so important because if you’re not punching correctly are you really burning calories and working your abs?! Her rates may be steep but every dollar is worth what you get taught. You’ll look like a pro once she is done with you.

I am so happy I found the Stables and Cary! I have been training for a couple years now and Cary has really saved my life! This is the first time I have ever been excited to work out. I am always so motivated at the Stables and I have become stronger, more confident, and more fit. Sometimes I get so into the class that I don’t even realize how tough it was until it’s over and I’m sore the next day. My husband and I have trained with Cary on-again, off-again for the past two years. (We're both in and out of town a lot for work, otherwise we'd be there full-time.) Every class is different...and an absolutely FANTASTIC workout that will leave you wringing out your t-shirt. But aside from the physical workout, it's a real mental workout, too. When I'm in class regularly, I feel so mentally strong...so powerful and so capable of doing anything. Cary is an amazing teacher, and I am so grateful to her for challenging me on every level.

The Stables is the best boxing gym I've found in Santa Monica/the westside. Cary makes you work hard and kicks your butt in the best way possible. The classes are small, which means plenty of one-on-one time and help with technique. She really takes the time to ensure that your technique is right. Everyone who goes is extremely supportive and kind - it's a great community to be a part of. Guaranteed to leave any class dripping sweat and much stronger! I'll be a client for a long time.

Boxing classes in Los Angeles right now seem to be a dime a dozen. Group classes of 30 or 40 that place an emphasis on total calories burned and instant gratification where students are throwing punches on heavy bags with little to no guidance.
This is not The Stables.
Cary takes great care to slowly and methodically teach her students/gym members the proper stance, technique and fundamentals
