Services
The best times in my early years were with my Grandmother in the kitchen. A traditional cook tasked with feeding a huge family, she taught me about serving a big table with love. While still keeping my menu filled with Pennsylvania favorites like potato filling, bacon dressing, baked lima beans and whoopie pies, I have incorporated Asian and Latin flavors as well.
A&L Catering is here for your event, large or small. We can customize and adapt our menu to your requirements. We will even use a traditional family recipe you may have. While tastes continue to change and we are delighted to serve modern food choices, we have a deep understanding of Pennsylvania Dutch choices such as homemade potato filling, hot bacon dressing with iceberg lettuce and homemade baked beans.
She was a pleasure to work with and the food was delicious! She set everything up and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My guests could not stop complimenting the food and I was able to send food home with everyone, using the go boxes she provided. Reasonably priced & delicious catering! The presentation and food are always excellent!
