Absolutely amazing caterer. Victoria never fails to wow at any event. She has done multiple events for me and never fails to impress. The food is made with love and tastes just like your mother made it. It is all fresh and she will sit and talk about anything you need to make sure the event is of the highest class. You will not find better food any where else. The price is fantastic too.

Victoria catered a football tailgate/birthday party for 30 hungry college students for us and it completely exceeded our expectations in every possible way. She was so easy to work with and exceptionally helpful, particularly with the planning stages. The food was delivered right on time and was fabulous, both in presentation and taste. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect event, and highly recommend Sumac Catering!

Wow! Victoria really went above and beyond for our bridal shower. Not only was the food delicious, she came with an assistant to set everything up for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We also had plenty of leftovers and are still enjoying her delicious cooking. In the planning stages, she was very responsive to emails and phone calls and was very accommodating with our budget. She helped us to have a wonderful spread of food that our guests raved about. We would 100% use Sumac again!

Victoria’s food is out of this world. Every single dish is always served hot, with fresh and authentic ingredients. Even as leftovers, her dishes taste impeccable!! Her presentation makes your mouth water before you even taste the food. Not only is her food amazing, but her hospitality is like no other. She is so accommodating. Sumac catered a bridal shower today at our venue and the food was incredible! Victoria was very professional and easy to work with. We had a last minute wedding in my daughters backyard in Bethlehem this past weekend. Sumac Catering came to our rescue when a well known Easton restaurant failed to send us the proposal they repeatedly promised. Thank goodness I found Sumac!! Victoria could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. I think she sensed our stress and she really delivered. The food was excellent and abundant. She went above and beyond in her service. She stayed to help us set up and even got us a table last minute when we realized we needed more room. I am from NYC and never have I felt as well taken

Victoria was fantastic to work with! She catered my sister’s travel-themed bridal shower, creating delicious dishes to represent each country the bride and groom had traveled to together. She was extremely professional, responsive, and flexible during these uncertain times. Each dish was amazing and there was plenty left over to bring home.
