Services
Hope began Champion Performance & Physical Therapy in 2015. She grew up in Eastern Iowa where she attended the University of Iowa. She obtained her doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in 2012. Her career has been focused on orthopedic physical therapy with an emphasis on functional training.
Here at Champinon Performance & Physical Therapy our therapists focus on each individual athlete customizing a program with their sport-of-choice in mind. All of our injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement programs are tailored to help you excel at the sport you love. Mobility and flexibility play an important role in preparing the body to move in action.
Champion Performance & Physical Therapy is equipped with the staff and skills to help the aging population maintain and advance his or her balance and ability to maintain an active lifestyle. Weakness and balance problems can make it hard to keep up with the activities we love. Our therapists can train and progress your balance and strength to keep you doing the things you enjoy.
Champion Performance & Physical Therapy has therapists that specialize in issues such as pregnancy-related problems, pelvic floor pain, stress and urge incontinence, and constipation. Hope Hillyard, PT treats pelvic floor issues in males and female alike. Many who suffer from pelvic floor issues and incontinence do so needlessly - and we're trying to help decrease that number.

Hope and her team are absolutely amazing! Her mix of manual therapy (i.e. massage) and corrective exercises were perfect for me to recover from both an acute elbow injury and low back pain that had been affecting me for 2-3 years. If you're in pain go here first! Plus since they're in Kansas you don't need a referral from your doctor!

Champions, indeed! This place is wonderful. Fun atmosphere, hard work and a real commitment to getting you back to full mobility. I've just finished two months of therapy with them and I'm kind of sorry to stop visiting. Easy to get in and out. Not hidden away in a hospital or medical center.

I cannot give enough thanks to Hope and her amazing team at Champion Performance physical therapy! My recovery has been successful as a result of the therapy and support that they have given me at this facility. Wonderful facility, new equipment, helpful exercises and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!!!
My first experience with SERC wasn’t a good experience so thank you for turning my opinion around. My elbow wouldn’t be where it is now if it weren’t for you all. No question, the best around!

Do not go here!!!! My therapist was very nice and personable, but my therapy was completely wrong and prolonged my rehab and possibly damaged my knee permanently.
They completely messed up my recovery according to my doctor and my new pt. They also tried to charge me twice as much as my new therapist. DO NOT GO HERE. Physical therapists are not all the same. Just shop around and you will see the difference. The equipment is outdated and in poor condition. They don't have half the equipment that my new therapist does. I feel bad for my therapist. She really is nice, but this can disrupt the rest
