In 1977, Pete Rathgeb began his own lawn care business while still a local Cape Coral high school student. Quickly, Rathgeb Bros., Inc. became a highly regarded leader in the lawn mowing and landscape maintenance arena. After enjoying many years of success and countless satisfied customers, he sold the business and shifted his expertise to the control of turf damaging insects, weed control, fertilization and tree / shrub health.
