All perspective tenants must complete an application (available on this web site) have picture ID and pay $50 / per person application and tenant screening fee. Please print off the application / complete the necessary information and drop it off with your application fee to our office: 428 N. Peninsula Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.

Stay away!!!! They are a scam and will con you out of money!!!! Me and my family recently applied to one of their homes. I was emailed back a week later informed that me and my husband have a criminal background and asking if we can pay a few months rent. I advised the lady that it’s completely impossible that I have any criminal charges and I called the IL courthouse myself and was advised that I have no criminal record at all in IL. Please stay away from this company and do your research. They are scamming people for money. I’m sure they do this to all future tenants to get more money. Read

After working this company for months on a rental they suddenly decided, after taking an application fee, approving our application, setting a move in price and asking us to get insurance and turn on the power, that the property we had applied for was not available although we confirmed with them several time that it was available and expressed that we did not want to pay an application fee before knowing which property we would be applying for. we then, being in a much more desperate situation and having a week to find a new place, settled for another property managed by the same company. I moved into my new rental a month ago. First off, for the size and location of the house, the price couldn't be beat. Second, over the past two weeks I have had plumbers, electricians and maintenance out multiple times to fix minor issues and make my rental something to enjoy. The staff have all been very friendly and courteous. I'm grateful to have such a spacious home and yard for this price point. They are working hard to make me happy and considering they are short staffed just like everyone else (thanks covid-19), I am extra appreciative! Thanks DPM!

Love renting with Daytona Property Management! They have great property locations, wonderful communication with tenants, maintenance requests always get done in a timely manner, and employees are very helpful when you have a issue/emergency. Never had an issue renting through Daytona Property Management. 10/10 recommend! GO CHECK THEM OUT!

My roommate and I had rented with Daytona Property Management for the last three years. We both can agree we have never had any issues with this company or their staff, from the very beginning they were more then helpful in finding us an apartment. They were extremely honest, upfront, and they were able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! The staff was always extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend this compony for any of your property needs.

We have been renting from Daytona Property management for 8 years and have had no problems with our location in Daytona.
This is mind blowing how the fake reviews seem to say the same things there not tenants but a friend or family member.
In the climate we live in people are out to put other people down to make them self's feel better !?&!?
Theses people been around for ever and are not going anywhere lol find a hobby or get a life and try a positive out look on life!!!!!

Please avoid them for your own time and wellbeing, after 2 weeks of expecting the property and waiting constantly for a callback Multiple times I was called a liar.
Out of 4 people in this business only two were courteous and unfortunately had no power over anything because they just handle phones and organizing things. The other 2 seem to be mean deceitful people in charge who lie about what they said and keep changing the prices.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. These people are solely out for a check and don't care about your wellbeing. If you can avoid this place and any other business he runs please do!! My friend has been renting from them for over a year and they refuse to fix a single thing In the apartments and want tents to fix everything out of their own pockets. Even if it's something that was old and broke over Time they expect you to pay for it. They are rude and are hard to reach when theirs any issue and never call you back like promise. AVOID at all cost run and spend your money in a place that's worth

I called about a peppery & they quoted me a move in without even letting me look at any of the properties. Further more once they ran my background check ??? They tried to charge me 6000 dollars to move in . What they failed to realize when I moved into my previous place a year ago ??? My background was fine , avoid this company at all costs they are CROOKs & slum lords . Further more they wanted to see how much money I had in the bank it was roughly about 10,000 . It’s a huge scam

Run don’t walk away from this business!!! They are shady and the properties are so run down, they never fix anything!!! You will be charged to fix any issues the apartment had prior to you even moving there if it decides to finally break/fail. Not worth your time, or the headache!!!! Take your money somewhere else!!!
