Meridian Property Management Services has been managing my property in Venetian Bay for over two years now and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Extremely unethical business practice.
Do not lease from this company unless you are sure you are renting the property. They add a holding clause in the application. If you find something better or back out before you sign the final documents, they will not give you your deposit back. In the application process our old landlord offered a property at a lower rate. We did not sign the final agreement with Meridian binding us to the property and backed out. When I initially asked for my deposit (1526.50) back, the agent told me the property was removed from listing and that the best they could do
