The owner/‘manager’, Stephanie, is a terrible woman. She has NO REAL maintenance crew, she uses a painter. She is RUDE, unresponsive and just down right UNPROFESSIONAL. She gives out tenants names when they complain, which leads to retaliation. She has no idea what she is doing as a landlord, let alone a business owner. When things are brought to her attention, they do not get fixed/solved, or it takes WAY too long for her to address it. She thinks because she’s a private company that she doesn’t have to follow NYS laws when it comes to housing and being a landlord. Think very hard before

If you are thinking of renting here STOP! DON'T DO IT!!!
The manager/owner is greedy and dishonest.
We had a lot of problems that were either not addressed at all or took a very long time to get fixed. We were unable to use our door for an entire winter and received no compensation for it. At the end of out lease we also found out that the first term not only says we need to leave two days early but we also don't get our money back for having to be out early. When I asked the manager why the answer I got was “because I can". So as I said, think REALLY hard before making the mistake of moving

My experience with Hillside Park Real Estate has been great. I have rented a few good and a few bad places in the past. Hillside Park had very comprehensive and clear lease agreements. Any issues were addressed directly by their manager and their own service department. Overall I had a great experience and with all the amenities of the unit I rented, I felt at home.
