I had my taxes done by this firm and then revived a letter from the IRS. They informed me without telling me what the issue was that I would have to pay them more money if I wanted them to handle it. These are greedy greedy people who only want money. It also took until after tax day to file even though I gave them my paperwork in Dec of last year.
