Services
Our outpatient clinic sites offer a wide range of physical, occupational and speech therapy services, including a number of specialty programs. Physical Therapy is a profession dedicated to pain relief, injury prevention and movement restoration. Our highly educated team of health care professionals helps community members maintain mobility and quality of life.
Since 1978 our primary focus has been on long term care communities. As a contract therapy company we offer multi-disciplinary services in the skilled nursing setting. Throughout our history we have provided services at multiple levels of care and in multi-level communities. In 1982, we established our outpatient rehab agency that enables us to provide and too directly bill services provided in non-skilled or non-Medicare certified communities.

This place is the worst ever! Staff messes up everything and occupational therapist is horrible. I won't go into details but avoid this place at all costs. There is no communication amongst the staff and OTs and everything gets mixed up and everyone will tell you something different. The majority of the time they don't answer the phone and they waste everyone's time.

Staff is insensitive to your needs. They didn't care what I m going through and charged me no show fees that is 50$ each time. Physical therapy healing may take time, may be 20-30 sessions and it's not cheap. But they don't care. Very un professional. Most of the time assistants will do therapy even though appointment is with therapist and they are in rush to finish it even i m in pain and going slow due to pain.

I sustained an injury known as plantar fasciitis due to my over excessive zeal for running. Thankfully just recently I finally got approved by my insurance for a treatment for my feet.
It’s my fifth visit to this place for the treatments and so far I worked with 4 different therapists, and I have to say every single one has been pleasant and professional.
They do try to accommodate your request and it’s always a thin line between what a patient thinks he needs and what is actually needed. But to explain and navigate to a patient as well as keep the patient happy - can take a lot of patience

This place is awful. Appt cancelled because therapist was let go on a Thursday. No one called until I was driving to my appt Monday at 5pm. Not even an apology and completely devoid of emotion for me making a wasted trip. They have no follow up with patients. Called twice because I have an appt today and the therapist had requested more visits. Not even a call back letting me know whether to come in our not.Its so disappointing. Especially when your in pain and need help. How they ever got ' best of' anything is beyond me.

I entered Folsom rehab after reconstructive tkr. I have had many years of physical therapy from different groups. I have to say that this group under leadership of Tammy are awesome people. Pt Payal was very knowledgeable and I learned and came away with alot of education on how to improve my therapy. Shanna like banana 😀 was great at listening to me and helping answer my questions . Oh and occupational therapist Melissa was most bubbly and encouraging therapist. Very detailed and helped me safely transition back to my home with ease and confidence all with a great smile. 😊 I would recommend
