If I could give zero stars, I would. 3 of my grandparents stayed here, and one of them passed away because of the negligence of the employees here. Her oxygen ended up unplugged for hours, causing her to struggle to breathe on her own and come down with pneumonia. Now, my grandfather was tested for covid19 after he showed symptoms, and when he passed away and we asked if the test results came back, they informed us that there was no record of the test at all. They also lost all of his clothes and refused to give him a medication he needed. 2/3 of my grandparents had horrible experiences, and the

So I have to say this as a word of caution for anyone contemplating a new job or home for a loved one. Not only was I former employee of this horrific place I had my mother here for a short time. To begin with the DON and most of the administration of this facility make it painfully clear they do no care about the thoughts and feelings of its employees or the residents. They will consistently disregard the thoughts of residents as well as force aides to essentially be one on one care for certain residents. I have brought up thoughts of my self being discriminated against for being a male CNA and

Unless your elderly family member needs minor rehab, this place is fine. Not the greatest food, attention to those who want to stay long term. Elderly patients left in wheel chairs all day with dippers on. Wheel chair and bed sores are common, unattended individuals hours at a time. The new service on rehab has been upgraded with a better staff.

Forest Manor is a tragedy for the elderly. My father-in-law was incarcerated there for two years. We clothed him and used their "laundry service". Within a year, his clothes were all "LOST", so we bought new clothes. When the subject was brought up with the Director, he said he would not reimburse any expenses without a receipt. We had even taken pictures of the clothes in his closet and labeled each piece with his name!! He is a complete sham and just interested in making money for the Center, no care for patients or for anything else except getting the bills paid.. The nurses
