The care and concern of Residential Home Health Care is very comforting. Carolanne is a wonderful nurse that is very responsive and I know that my Mother is in good care. The nurses and doctors with Residential Home Health Care are available 24/7 and I know I have resources for any health concerns in caring for my 99 year old Mother.

I would recommend this service to anyone in need of comfort care. Our nurse Jessica is great with my sister. My sister just loves it when she comes to visit. Everyone that we have any type of interaction with have been very nice and caring. They all seem to really have my sisters best interest at heart. Thank you all.

My husband has been under the care of Residential since November 2020 both for Home Health support and now Hospice. The care and support is top notch. All of his needs have been met in a timely, efficient, supportive manner. Every individual we have encountered has been caring and highly professional. The support we receive breathes hope into this difficult time and gives me confidence that I can manage my husband's care. Our family is deeply grateful.

I do not recommend their service. And here my reason why?
1. Told the staff at nursing home and repeated to the family members the patient can have anything she want because she is dying. And the patient is still with us A month later.
2. Then call An Left a voicemail telling the Family she Sending her condolence. When The patient Was not in hospice care anymore Over 3 weeks.
3. Call and filed a report spoke to supervisor and someone higher up. They said they were just going to talk to her. I hope nobody family experience this terrible company service.
