If you are seeking health insurance from Anthem Blue Cross: Run...do not walk... from this agency.
I called them seeking help getting health insurance through Anthem.Specifically, I told the lady I needed help setting up automatic deductions from my ex-husband's account (he pays my premiums), and help with any problems with contacting Anthem. She did not know how to set up auto pay. Now, I haven't gotten my cards. Called them and was told, "the only thing we do is help you fill out an application". I could do that myself! Worst customer service ever.
