A coworker recommended Erik Svoboda to me. Getting in contact with Rock Island was a great decision indeed. They got me a very competitively priced policy and the process was seamless. Needed to change insurance companies because I was using on-line services with prices increasing each year but could never get anyone to explain why rates kept increasing. ROCK ISLAND SAVED ME MONEY! I got a call from Rock Island the other day telling me my renewal date was upon us, they reviewed my coverage and told me they could save me some money if I was ok with that. AM I OK WITH THAT?! I have to give a shout out to an awesome agent. I received my renewal for auto and it had increased by $50/month. I was just going to pay it without any fuss. A couple of days later Erik emails me that he re-rated me due to the increase and found another company that would actually save me $50/month. I can't ask for a better agent. The fact that he was proactive alone tells me that he has my best interest at heart.
