I would think this company was once upon a time a descent reputable company, unfortunately John has somehow come unglued with Jenna leading the way. Jenna sat on an important document for 10 days without passing it on to me which led to me not being able to close on my house and John refused to acknowledge this. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I gave John the opportunity to right the wrong in which he did not.

Selling a house is stressful. Especially when you've already moved out of state. You HAVE to be able to trust that your realtor is dependable, takes initiative, and has your back. We always felt that way with John Ellis no matter what challenges arose during the process.
