Doc has been an absolute breeze to work with and if you are also an out of town buyer she has to be your top choice. My wife and I are buying property in Pensacola and she has been so fun to work with, she is highly responsive, did a great job on negotiating for price concessions for needed property repairs-saving us more than $25,000 off the purchase price!
