True's addiction treatment program was founded in 2014 because we saw something missing in traditional treatment programs. Many rehabilitation centers focus on increased numbers, a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and outdated treatments and philosophies. These ideologies often lead to high chances of relapse and low levels of hope.
Our treatment models ignite real transformations through advanced psychological and psychiatric techniques and evidence-based therapies. Small groups, small caseloads, and professional and caring staff provide the individualized care that all True clients deserve. Together, we identify your goals and find the exact combination of therapeutic techniques and life skills necessary to meet them.

Services
True is one of the country's few behavioral health programs that have earned the prestigious JCAHO accreditation. The Joint Commission is the oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body for health care in the United States and evaluates approximately 21,000 facilities a year and gives their accreditation to those they see worthy of it.
Support Staff primary function is to ensure that the facility operates smoothly, safely and securely. He/she is responsible for ensuring compliance with program guidelines, assessing participant needs and monitoring behavior while at the program, documenting and communicating that behavior, and ultimately caring for the participants.
When entering recovery, it is essential that you understand the process and what you need. At True, we offer a variety of services that can help aid you during the early stages of the recovery process and remove the stress that is often associated with recovery or treatment. Your treatment plan should be catered to suit your individual needs, as some people may require more services than others.
An assessment can determine if detox is a necessary stage in the treatment journey. The path to freedom from drug and alcohol addiction must start somewhere - and that is to detox from all harmful substances. Not surprisingly, this first crucial step to freedom is also the most difficult to take. It is also the most rewarding.
For those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, getting the help you need may seem like a long battle. Maybe you've recently completed residential treatment but still, need the help and guidance of a recovery program, or you're considering rehab for the first time but don't want to put your life on hold.

I was a patient here in 2017 and then again this year. This basically isn't even the same company. All of the positive reviews are accurate but from before the entire ownership, leadership and staff changed. I had a great experience in 2017 and just unfortunately needed a "tune-up" this year. I left after a week this time because of how gross and run down the accommodations are and how much of a waste of time the clinical program is. The admissions person and leadership are snakes to even try and sell this as a luxurious program at this point. What a joke!

True Recovery is an outstanding program for both men and women. The effort that goes into their work, clients, and staff shows with each client and staff member I have come to know. As an intake coordinator, working with Brandi Burts is delightful. Her willingness to be available when needed and her effective communication makes working with her not only pleasant, but also professional. Brandi & True Recovery consistently exceed my expectations when working with clients. I admire this program and all the work they put into each individual client!

Where do I start... Came to "rehab/treatment" due to a open court case. The Lord Jesus Christ has used this treatment center as a means to free me from my slavery of alcohol. I have been attending True Recovery as a client for 14 months, consecutively. The staff here connect to clients on a personal and friendly level. I have become close with many staff members and not once, do they belittle or overstep boundaries, but approach individuals on a empathetic level. Jade, I've met a wonderful friend. Michael, you are so kind. Matt, you are so knowledgeable as an instructor. Brandi, since day one you

Although there are a couple of nice employees at True Recovery, their corporate department is not responsive. I attempted to get in touch with Brandi B. in Admissions for over two weeks, multiple emails and voicemails and never heard back. Finally, after I started calling others in the company, then I finally got an email where she referred me to someone else. All it took was a simple email response instead of two weeks of frustration. This should be addressed.

I was a patient here last year and they really helped me overcome my anxiety. I loved the breath works and art therapy classes. Also, my case manager, Stephanie, helped me get a bunch of paperwork for things I was putting off sorted out. The campus and sober living home were both well maintained and quite beautiful. Justin C. worked at True and was always up beat, I'm surprised to see his negative review.

True Recovery is a phenomenal recovery center, my life was in shambles when I arrived at True recovery. The staff is very caring and went above and beyond to meet my needs and the program is astounding as well. They definitely stay on top of your treatment and gave my life the structure I needed, to make a true recovery. I did their 90 day program and while in the program the staff did an awesome job at making sure I got to all my job interviews efficiently and made sure I got any medical attention I needed. Staff is very respectful and compassionate. They take clients on weekly outings. The living

Having read some of the reviews on here I found it my responsibility to inform would be clients on the true nature of the program (a few of these reviews have the exact same language and I doubt are from actual clients). The program has changed a lot since I’ve been there, I recently completed the program after staying for 4 months- much had changed. A couple of therapists have quit and they let go a few facilitators dur to budget cuts. These budget cuts are evident. The quality of the program has suffered greatly and it seems as if they care more about money than client recovery. They refused

In the early days of True Recovery, the business was driven by the founder's and clinicians' passion for addressing addiction and co-occurring disorders. I was one of the first therapists hired, and I was deeply invested in the company's mission. True had a few significant growth spurts, and with each one came a higher level of service and professionalism
I'm not sure exactly when things started to go sideways, but toward the end of my employment there the company was purchased or taken over by a new group of leaders who had a very different set of ethics than the founder did

From my experience as a customer, I found this treatment facility to be highly disorganized, non compliant with privacy standards, and very unethical. When I received my insurance bill in the mail, they had charged for services that I had never even received. Staff was always more interested in relaxing on the couch, or smoking cigarettes. It seemed as there was no communication between the staff, as appointments were always missed, and information was always lost between shifts. I remember being worried about my privacy when receiving my medications for the day because this was done in the living

I must say this is the hands down most amazing program I have ever been in. They took me in when I was broken down and empty inside and they have helped me become a very strong and successful person I am now. I would, and have, recommended this place to everyone I know that needs a great place to be. They went above and beyond to help me in every way possible, from helping me love myself, creating a strong foundation, to helping me become so grateful for everything I have today. I love all the staff members, because it's clear that they really care about you. I've made friendships, and

True Recovery was the first treatment center I've been too where everyone there, from clinical to support staff, truly cared about me getting better. The facilities are beautiful and in a great area. The therapy isn't 12 step based either and I was exposed to a lot of things I had never been exposed to before. 12 step and non-12 step support groups are both available, too. True Recovery gave me a real chance and my life has improved dramatically over the past year
