Torque Release Technique is the first Chiropractic technique of the new millennium and provides members of all ages with some of the most gentle and reproducible chiropractic adjustments available. A specific chiropractic sacral analysis adjusted with a TRT followed by soft tissue manipulation to improve the neuromechanical function of the pelvis.

Dr. Melissa was wonderful with my 4 month old. She and her staff were always very pleasant, honest, and very helpful. My son was never uncomfortable at any point of the appointments and started thriving at home just after the first appointment. I really enjoyed using the app they have because it was extremely easy to make appointments and use to scan when checking in. We will be back in future for any other issues.

Very nice down to earth people,there was no wait went right in. Crystal is very professional,and prompt,respectful.The receptionist was very courteous. Cant wait for my next appt.😊 I've been going to therapy here for about 5-months boy do I feel much better thanks to Dr.Joe he is a blessing 🙌.

Joe is smart and knowledgeable but if you are in serious pain he may not be your guy. It was a let down leaving with the same pain I went in with but in all truth surgery was my only fix. To his credit finding out what was wrong with my neck from my Neurosurgeon after his treatment, his hands off approach was not such a bad thing after all. An adjustment could have been damaging. Reviews are correct about Crystal and other staff.. Very friendly and accommodating

I came to J&M two weeks ago because I could barely walk my sciatica was bothering me so much. Crystal and Dr. Melissa took care of me as quickly as possible, made sure I was comfortable, and got me into immediate care. After just one week I was able to walk, clean, and lounge with no pain!
I can’t wait to continue my treatments here. I would recommend for anyone with back/health issues looking to get some relief!

My daughter just started treatment with Dr. Melissa. I have to say, I have never felt so comfortable with my daughters medical care. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, fun but most of all makes me feel that they have nothing but care and concern for my daughter's wellbeing. I trust them implicitly. My first time in I was greeted and toured. Beautiful facility. I had an in depth consultation with tests and scans of my spine. Found out a lot of information. Receptionist was very kind and informational and I had great vibes from the start. Can’t wait for my official visit in 2 days to be aligned!

This practice uses modern technology in every facet...to name a few: an electronic muscle & nerve scanning machine, Cox Distraction Technique tables, appointment check in by scan, and even hands free controls in the restroom! But don’t let the new technology they incorporate fool you into thinking their rates must be high, as they have the lowest rates, by far of any Chiropractic practice I have used in the past, and through the years
