Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, at Chiropractic & Health Associates we emphasize improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. We think that it is more important to treat the cause of the problem rather then just covering up the symptoms.
No two problems are the same, so it requires different techniques to help each unique person. We provide spinal manipulation utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before.
The greatest complement a patient can give is the trust of referring a family member or friend to us! Reviews help to improve our internet presence so we can help more people. Since beginning care with Dr. Baker I have more physical energy, I sleep better, and have less stress. He has taught me how to be a positive thinker and how to deal with my every day aches and pains.
We participate in most major insurance plans. If the doctor does not participate with your insurer you may still have coverage through an "Out of Network" benefit. As a courtesy to our patients we will process all insurance claims, but ultimately patients are responsible for payment of charges incurred at this office.
We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Chiropractic & Health Associates our aim is to remove any unnecessary tension or anxiety to make you feel comfortable.

In a sea of options, finding quality chiropractic care is challenging to say the least. I've had many experiences with chiropractors that have done one adjustment and sent me on my way to keep the funnel full and keep customers coming back.
The difference between Dr Baker and others is that he takes the time to get to understand your body, the way… you live, and identify not only what's causing you pain but to offer solutions to keep you feeling your best.

I started coming to Dr.Baker after years of having back pain, and I wish I had seen him sooner. He is very well informed and strives to make sure that his patients understand what the source of the problem is for their pain and how to fix it through chiropractic work as well as home exercises and better postural habits. As well as being a great chiropractor, he is always friendly and his office is an inviting atmosphere. I would recommend Dr.Baker to anyone in need of chiropractic services.

Chiropractic & Health Associates is an excellent practice for those seeking chiropractic care in the Waterbury/Watertown, CT area. Dr. Baker is knowledgeable, kind and always takes the time to discuss treatments and treatment options with his patients. Scheduling appointments is easy via his online scheduling service ("old-fashioned" phone calls work, too), and his office is tidy, comfortably furnished and easy to locate.

Dr Baker is a very good chiropractor. My husband, son, and I have been going to him for years, always with positive results. His adjustments always help. Dr. Baker makes an immediate difference in how I feel. I walk out of his office feeling better every time. He spends time listening and focusing in on the diagnosis and needs, he knows my "fear" of chiropractic care, and he is gentle with adjustments.
