I cannot say enough nice things about our trip from MCO to Walt Disney World and back using Ultimate Towncar Orlando. Our drivers each way were professional, safe, and incredibly helpful. About 30-60 minutes ahead of our pickup we received a text from our driver telling us they were on their way and then they followed it with a phone call closer to our pickup time. Travel king with a little one, Ultimate Towncar provided a car seat which was a huge piece of the vacation puzzle that we didn’t have to worry about. I used this car services when my family arrived in Orlando for our Disney vacation. Our flight was about 30 minutes early. The drive Eddie was able to pull the flight info up and noticed we were going to be eat and he showed up on time to pick us up even with the early arrival. He kept in communication with myself to let me know exactly where and when he would be there. Great service and very professional!!!

We were landing in Orlando after an all day flight with our young daughter. To avoid the stress of using a public transportation we scheduled a ride with Orlando Ultimate Town Car. Mohamad picked us up and was warm, professional, and fun. I have previously used Ultimate Town Car in the past with no problems. However, recently they defrauded me twice. I made my reservation online and they "represented" a total fee amount. Later I was sent a confirmation with a different amount. They added a $25 holiday fee that was not previously disclosed. Also, they added a 20% gratuity fee , whereas I normally give the driver cash. There were a few other fews that were not represented previously as well. Pay very close attention to their billings. I find this company to be untrustworthy. Confirmation email and courtesy calls were on point. Our family was warmly greeted and comfortable between the airport and hotel, and back. We used Orlando Ultimate Town Car on our recent trip to Universal Studios and our driver Fabio was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. It was nice to not have to worry about waiting in lines for busses or taxis and we were able to stop at a store on our way to the hotel to stock up on drinks/snacks which saved us some money not having to buy that stuff at the hotel. Also, when I was price comparing limo services Orlando Ultimate Town Car was about $100 less than another company. I will definitely use them again on our next visit to Orlando.

We needed a ride to and from the airport. Ultimate Town Car appeared in my search. Their rates are very affordable. The communication was prompt so we knew where to go. Our driver was early, the vehicle was perfectly clean, and the ride was smooth. It was a nice way to feel pampered and get to our hotel (and Disney fun!) quickly and luxuriously. This will be our go-to transportation service whenever we visit Orlando.
