LET ME FIRSTLY START OFF WITH THIS , Darshan the owner of Laguna Motors has been nothing but an absolute PLEASURE to work with ! Never have I been to a more accommodating dealership than this one !!! I recently purchased a BMW through this dealer and let me tell you , they are THE BEST! they made the impossible, POSSIBLE and the entire experience was filled with ease. I noticed a few things on the car that needed a bit of work and with absolutely no hesitation Darshan was willing to get it fixed and reimburse me for the costs . He is a man of his word and truly an honor to deal with !

I needed to boost my credit score before buying a condo. I had a budget in mind and i came across at this dealership. My experience was great. I met Sebastian easy to talk to, no pressure and test drove the car. Felt in love with it and bought it. Megan took over the paperwork and communicated with my CA Credit Union and the transition was smooth. No stress and customer service is A+. I am one happy customer!

Wasted my time telling me that I’m able to take the bmw for a pre purchase inspection, said he would let me know if the car sells before then. Got to the dealership at 11 (11 is when they open) then he tells me they open at 12, we go all the way to Irvine and go back. Then tells me his boss says I’m able to take the car at 1:00. We get there at 1:00 and they said the car was sold. The receptionist seemed amused on how I got there when the car was sold. Horrible customer service, would recommend not buying from here and saving yourself a headache.

I can’t say enough about our fantastic experience with Laguna Motors! Such a fast, easy and pleasant process. This is the new way of buying cars, I 100% recommend! Anyone who has bought a car in their lifetime knows it can be a grueling process that takes forever...not here, Darshan the owner has a great inventory and cares about his customers. 10/10 would not recommend. Took an hour Uber to get here and told them the car I wanted to purchase I called ahead of time.
I arrive and they sold it right in front of me. Now I'm trying to get an Uber back

Your ad is posted in LONG BEACH Craigslist. And being from out of town I did not assume an hour Uber ride both ways totaling almost 130 and still having no vehicle and no one offered to offer me something else no assistance. Just cold shoulder.

Megan and Darshan were outstanding. Easy to work and accommodating. They both went above and beyond to make my buying experience stress free an easy. They had a few things done to the car including an oil change, tires and alignment when I asked, in order to get the deal done. I would definitely buy from them again!

Everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in. Not only do they have great selection, their cars are very reasonable. We had a little glitch in getting the license plates (fault of the DMV), and they really went above and beyond to make sure we got them without us having to put in extra time and effort. I highly recommend Laguna Motors. You won't be disappointed!

The way that this specific dealership(and many others) just pamper you until the deal is made is sickening. I was told I would be receiving a remote key because the one given to me was broken. I never received anything and I reached out about 4-6 times and was either ignored or given an excuse. Magan was the saleswomen responsible for such malpractice. Not only did she lie, but the car after X amount of miles, all of a sudden dash lights(indicators) came on, first was tire pressure light, then the light bulb symbol and if that's not enough the check engine light came on. None of these lights

The very best pre-owned car buying experience EVER!.
In 2017 my wife and I began to look for a surprise birthday gift for our son's 17th birthday. We did a lot of research and decided to look for a pre-owned Mercedes C-class 4 door sedan. We visited 4 or 5 pre-owned lots. The more we looked, the more discouraged we became. Many of the sellers lied about their cars. We would get to the lot and the cars never looked as good as the photos online. We met some shady "used car" dealers.
Much time wasted, about to give up, we came across LAGUNA Motors
We were skeptical at first. It was 60 miles away

Had a pleasant experience at Laguna Motors, They were very friendly, professional, and were reasonable with the pricing. I visited two dealers prior to meeting Darshan at Laguna Motors, the other dealers wanted more money down and kept trying to put me in other cars i did not want. I found exactly what i wanted and didn't feel pressured with Darshan, everything worked out smooth and although it took some time it was a great experience. Nice used car shop if you are looking to get something new. Will recommend to friends and family!

For the record I don't typically write reviews unless a company truly stands out above my expectations. Laguna motors in Laguna Niguel did it right from the start. Stopped by to look at a car they had listed. Apparently they work out of an office building and not a traditional car lot. I called their number and someone answered, sounding a bit annoyed. I asked if I could see the car and apparently they are by appointment only. The ad I saw never mentioned appointment only. I asked if someone could come and show the car but he sounded even more annoyed and resistant to coming to show the car. These "appointment only" shady places are more headache than they are worth.

I've been through it all with Laguna Motors. We've had our ups and downs but Darshan will not disappoint and will always come through in the end and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
I've had a lot of things wrong with my first car, and every time he took full responsibility and handled it himself. With that being said, even though we started out rough, after seeing his commitment and persistence the first time around, I decided to give it another shot and got a second car from him. I have bought two vehicles from these guys and have sold one vehicle through them.
Darshawn and Terry try to make the whole experience as simple and clear as possible. I bought an Acura from them that had no problems! Drove wonderfully and at that time I had horrible credit. They really made a way when I thought there would be no way. Once I cleaned up my credit some more I traded the Acura in with them and bought a Lexus from them. My Lexus was a 2011 with 43k mileage and literally was such a WONDERFUL vehicle!! Both vehicles I got from here were not lemons even though both were used.
