This was my first experience with Land Rover of mission Viejo, and it has been a good one from the very beginning. I checked two other Land Rover service centers in my area but it was mission Viejo that was quick about getting my vehicle in. They immediately told me about an extended warranty covering emissions as I was pretty sure the problem was my turbo. They confirmed it quickly ordered the part and had it back out the door in a couple of days. That was before either one of the other service centers even had time for an appointment. I’ve been getting my cars serviced at Land Rover Mission Viejo for over 10 years and has always found them to be extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with.

Land Rover Mission Viejo went above and beyond for me yesterday. I drove into the service lane with no appointment on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. I had dropped my diamond ring down the steering wheel shaft and was unable to reach it. Cesar tried to retrieve the ring, then sent it back to the service garage, disassembled the area and retrieved my ring. I was out of the building in less than an hour! Cesar and the others that helped me were friendly, empathetic and efficient. This group went above and beyond! Thank you, Cesar and the rest of the Service Group that helped me. I am so grateful!

Work performed was done well but issues related to after the job like leaving white grease all over the new tires and black wheels was unacceptable. Also the vehicle was ready on Thursday evening but I didn’t… pick it up until Friday Morning and they washed it but brought it to me with dirt and all wet. No attempt was made to wipe it down or clean the white grease off the wheels and tires or the vehicle itself. I spent a half hour in the parking lot wiping down and drying the vehicle. I’ll have to dedicate time on the weekend now to get the white grease off the wheels and tires

My experience with Jaguar Mission Viejo. First let me say I had researched the Jaguar F type extensively. Such a beautiful car. And I was quite picky when it came to color and model. I found the car I wanted at JMV and all was great until the actual contract came about. Living in a different state I contacted the dealer and was in touch with Daniel… in sales. This Is a nightmare. this dealership. Horrible disgrace and wake up call to the junk food car brand Land Rover. Such a joke! They totally led me on and I travelled many miles all for them to tell me they are closing and can no longer give me an oil change after confirming with me 20 min before getting there when I called out of courtesy to let them… know I would be running a little late because of an accident on the road. I am speeding to get there because I spent all morning calling Land Rovers and Said service stops alike to see if I could get an oil change because it desperately needs
