Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases marked by increased pressure within the eye that, if left untreated, can damage the optic nerve and cause loss of vision. It can be treated in one of two ways: medication or surgery. Both of these treatments are aimed at lowering intraocular pressure. Medications are considered to be the first line of treatment for the disease.

I am appalled at the behavior of Dr. Gross. First off, when I came in with my 86 year old grandmother, we were scolded at the front desk because her mask was down. No big deal, it had slid down so we fixed it. Well, we were taken back by a nurse after a tremendous amount of waiting around. Dr. Gross walks in and get this... HE'S NOT WEARING A MASK. I was truly baffled at the audacity he has to treat "100 patients a day" and not wear a mask when examining my at risk elderly grandmother. He had a raspy voice and coughed throughout the exam as if he'd just been sick. YOU WOULD THINK THAT A SURGEON

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Gross's for years. I am a missionary in China and I often fly back and forth to the US. As soon as I came back from China, Dr. Gross told me at my appointment that it was time for my cataracts to come out. Due to my work, I had a very limited window of being able to get both eyes done- I was only in the US for 4 weeks before I was heading back to China. Dr. Gross was overly accommodating and made it all possible. I had surgery on both eyes and my healing went smoothly. Dr. Gross even offered at one point to mail my eyedrops to me in China. Dr. Gross went above

Unprofessional.
While the exam was fine, I was told an rx for 2 things would be sent in. It took 2 days and me calling. They were rejected due to needing pre-auth. I then called again to tell them and it took them until a few more day to return my call and said they had someone working on it and would resubmit that following Monday. It was never resubmitted. I waited a few more days and called again and nothing. I even went back to their office (where they were having a bday party) and the person I need to speak to was busy. The receptionist took my info and promised to have her call me. She NEVER

I came to see Dr. Goff/Clifton (she's getting married!) about 2 weeks ago as a new patient. I am no stranger to visiting the eye doctor every year as I have been wearing glasses for longer than I can remember. After she finished measuring me for new glasses, she asked if I had ever considered wearing contacts. Dr. Goff answered all my questions pertaining to contact lenses and we collectively decided to give them a try. Dr. Goff ordered contacts for me to try and I had my appointment where I was taught on how to take them in and out. Let me just say.. I LOVE CONTACTS! I am so happy with my vision

I had not gotten my eyes checked in 3-4 years. As a new patient, the entire experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The doctor performed an extensive exam without feeling rushed. He answered all my questions and gave me a prescription for new glasses. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was friendly and clearly explained my insurance to me. The glasses were ready for pick-up in one week! The staff was just as friendly when I came back to pick up my glasses. I have found my new eye doctor.

I think Dr. Snyder was awesome plus the Ophthalmologist who prescribed my son's prescription, but the front desk workers are unprofessional and rude. If you don't like people or your job find another one or stay home. The optical workers and office managers are unprofessional liars. For almost 2 weeks I was told so many lies about my son's glasses coming in. One of the office managers even swore on her unborn child that his glasses would be in on a specific day and they weren't. When I finally came in to get his glasses I did not receive his free pair of glasses promised which we didn't want. I

I wish I could give them less then 1 star. Please do not use mid Atlantic eye care. My son was a patient there for over two years. Why would you stay that long if they are that terrible. My son was 3 years old when he started wearing glasses and he seemed to like the Dr Snyder and I wasn't aware of many pediatric optometrist. Mid Atlantic eye care is never on time for appointments. Our experiences were typically 1-2 hours past appointment time with our personal best being over 3 hours. Why would you wait 3 hours you ask. Because 45 minutes in they dilated my sons eyes to tell me every 30 minutes

I had an appointment for diabetic eye exam plus glasses and contact lenses with Dr. Snyder as I specifically asked when I called to make an appointment. First I was asked for a referral, even after I was told I didn’t need one. Then after waiting 1 hour and receiving bad looks from staff like if it was my fault being there waiting, I was finally called. Office was packed with complete disregard of COVID protocols on a small space. During one of the eye test another assistant wanted to have another patient at the same time in the small room to use another machine next to the one I was being test

Dr. Gross has been my doctor for going on 8 years. When it was finally time to get my first cataract removed, I knew I would need glasses while I was still working/reading until my second cataract was removed. Dr. Gross had his optical department make me a prescription pair of glasses that I could wear while my first eye was healing to continue working. I then had my second cataract removed about a month later. The optical department remade my reading glasses at no charge to give me the best vision post cataract surgery. I am so pleased with my vision and the service that Dr. Gross's office and
