Terrible company with very incompetent office workers. This review in no way shape or form a reflection of Julie the manager of 18547 Saticoy. This place has racist boomers residing in this complex. Specifically apt 2 and apt 7. It seems that the racist folks who reside here for 30+ years have some sort of entitlement. Was accused of trying to steal the laundry machines when they were being utilized to... you guessed it!! Wash my clothes. Neighbors were intrusive, insane when they were on their drug benders. Specifically Judy and Darrell from apartment 2. Neighbors who would bang on your walls

Worst company ever! Do not rent here ever! I repeat, scam artist run this company. The worst place to live! They do a lot of things without notice, like go into your property and balcony to do maintenance. Give away your parking spots and saying if you want it back you have to rent it out. Our apartments have been broken into a lot more lately and zero notices from the management company. We had to find out by talking to our neighbors. They put up a handwritten note on the gate, to say keep gate closed. They are very rude and unprofessional. They try to instigate tension between tenants, saying
