Missy and Jason were fantastic. They helped us buy a great house. We were so happy with them that we had them sell our other house (the one we were moving out of to go to the new house).
It cannot be understated how determined Missy is to make things happen for her customer. At several points when the negotiations broke down, Missy put everyone on her back and carried us to the finish line. She is the personification of determination and grit. Also, she was accessible whenever I had any questions and did her very best to address concerns.

This was our second time working with the Improta team, which should already say a great deal about our experience with them. This time, they represented us in our sale only (we bought out of the region). Jason and Missy helped us with the purchase of an investment property in 2015. Though it took some time to find the perfect home, Jason and Missy were diligent about bringing any potential options to our attention, spent time viewing numerous homes and researching the market over the year we were looking. They were extremely patient throughout the process, never pressuring us one way or another until we found the perfect fit.

I recently purchased my first home and had the pleasure of working with Missy and Jason (referred from a friend). Being a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and Missy was wonderful in breaking down the process for me, letting me know what to look for (and what to plan ahead for!) and connecting me with great resources (inspector, contractor, etc.).
