I ordered a Christmas Cactus on-line, choosing "best quality available." It was delivered mid-morning on Monday by a very nice young lady who called my phone—I couldn't hear the doorbell. The plant is gorgeous, actually larger than I expected and it's blooming like crazy. I'm quite pleased with the quality of the plant and the quality of service. Recommended.

I ordered on-line, but called with some questions and the staff was very kind and helpful. The receiver was very pleased with the beautiful, vivid arrangements with very fresh flowers that they received. They were quite impressed. Delivered before noon as requested. Absolutely beautiful flowers! Thank you to everyone involved for working so hard. All I did was pick it out online (because I couldn't get to a store in time like I wanted) and they did the rest! Perfect arrangement of flowers and balloons and they even delivered it in a timely manner! Definitely earned a 5 star review. Only advice I would give someone would be to place you order days in advance. Only because even though I placed a same day order, and they completed it, it was delivered later in the day. So definitely get it in ahead of time.

I grew up in ABQ and the Peoples Flower logo/font is burned in my brain... so glad they are still around. I wanted to send flowers to my Mom and ordering online was super easy. The best part was the care they took in delivering. My Mom doesn't always come to the door and they called me to ask if they could leave the flowers - and they even left once and came back an hour later to try again before leaving them at the door. When she got to the door, they were fresh and beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Thanks, Peoples, you made my day and helped me easily brighten my Mom's.

I live overseas and wanted to have a blooming plant delivered to my Mom for her birthday. Called People's Flowers and ordered over the phone (wanted to make sure they could deliver to a nursing home). They were perfect!! The plant arrived right on schedule, it was flowering (and still is), and very healthy. My Mom sent me a photo, she loves it and I'm so happy I chose People's. I know I'll use them from now on whenever I need flowers or plants delivered in Albuquerque.

My husband surprised me with birthday flowers from this shop and they are absolutely beautiful! He was initially going to go to another nearby florist but a few of his coworkers recommended he go to Peoples. He was really happy with the process and the selection! And I can vouch that the flowers are high quality and arranged beautifully! Highly recommend this florist!

I have used people flowers a few times for bouquet for friends and families weddings. And they disappoint with creating such beautiful bouquet. I work with Jordan over the phone and through email. She went beyond what I was expecting. She matched the color palette to a tee! So thank you again Jordan you create beautiful bouquet. I live out of state and I order a lot of flowers to send to friends and relatives. Recently I ordered a Bouquet of lilies and lemons, my friend received them and it looked like a bouquet of dandelions. I called to let them know and the lady on the phone was not very helpful or friendly she told me "that's how they come and what do you want me to do about it..."
Needless to say I will no longer order flowers with you guys. Thanks for the $60 dandelions.

I'm so happy at how my photos turned out. We used The People's Flowers for our "John & Yoko" inspired shoot. I called in advance to ask what store would have carnations and loose petals. Though I usually go to the location off Central, I was directed to come here.
The flower selection is AMAZING. SO FRESH! Vibrant. But bring a sweater because it's cold in here. Our carnations lasted for almost an additional month. This tells you HOW FRESH things are here.

I ordered a bouquet for my niece in the hospital and the delivery was not what was in the picture or description. After putting a negative review the owner commented and wanted customer satisfaction and suggested I call customer service. I am from out of town and had a family funeral in Albuquerque. I called to order a casket spray - on a budget - and had a wonderful lady answer the phone who walked me through options and pricing, since nothing on the website was exactly the thing. They made sure I got the look I wanted without breaking the bank. The end result was absolutely beautiful in a yellow and white color scheme. The florist even offered to help after the local funeral home screwed up on accepting flowers. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Beautiful store, smells like roses and there are plenty of gourmet chocolates and stuffed monkeys. We had a special request to make and were directed towards the manager upstairs. A tall, arrogant man appeared and acted like he had more important things to do than speak with us (no eye contact, looking off in different directions). He gave us his card with his contact information and told us he would follow up with us. He never answered our phone calls or emails afterwards, so we took our business to Melba's flowers off of Osuna instead.

When looking for flowers the nice thing about this location is that they more flowers than other locations. The staff is friendly when i went in I was looking for some particular flowers and they went in the back to see if they had any. The prices are good and not expensive. They also have a frequent customer card that can get you discounts.

We used People's simply because it was close to the funeral home where my wife's viewing was held. It turned out to be a perfect choice. There was a large selection of flowers, but the most important part of our visit was the help of the staff. Majestique was kind, thoughtful and helped us make a great selection. We also met with one of the floral designers who was also very helpful. We felt cared for, rather than being simply being sold.

During my hospital stay, my parents sent me the most beautiful flower arrangement. The delivery person brought them straight to my room and was so kind. She genuinely wished me well in my recovery and since I couldn't put water in the vase myself, she made sure they had fresh water to stay beautiful.

My boyfriend ordered my Valentine's Day gift from here. He requested an early delivery since I'm home in the mornings. The window was from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It arrived at 4:00 PM when I was not home so he had to sign for it. Pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering something for me. I understand it's Valentine's Day but this is the field you're in so conduct your business accordingly. Being that it's a weekday time is of importance as people work, etc.
This place is way overpriced. There are so many better places in ABQ with comparable products.
