Sending flowers from out of state can be a challenge, I typically find a local florist in the city I'm sending them to. I had a small glitch in the order I placed for some dear friends & Albuquerque Florist reached out to me to get it fixed. That's the customer service I look for in small businesses! You won't get that from the big box retailers. Props to you! Job very well done.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother-in-law's birthday. We are out of state, so I was nervous about the process going smoothly. I am so happy to have gone with Albuquerque Florist. Ordering was easy, delivery was made right on time and my MIL absolutely loved the arrangement. She said the bouquet still looks great 4 days later!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Albuquerque Florist from out of state. I hesitate to order flowers sometimes because you never know what you are goi g to get. I have to say that the bouquet was truly beautiful, even better than the picture online and the delivery was so fast. I will definitely be using Albuquerque Florist again.

I will never go with another company again after working with Albuquerque florist. They are on top of it always. They actually did my wedding florals and then I needed a centerpiece for a top client at work for the holidays and another company failed to deliver so i needed A centerpiece in a pinch and they had it ready in an hour for me!! They are AMAZING!

Alexis R. has been the absolutely most amazing florist. She is so talented. My husband and I met with her for a consultation for our wedding flowers and she was extremely knowledgeable. She made us feel reassured and confident with our choices on flowers. I am extremely impressed and I know the flowers on our wedding day next week will be beautiful. These folks are so great and very reliable. I don’t live in ABQ, but I have family who does and I always use this company to send flowers for various occasions. The arrangements look beautiful every time, are priced fairly, and delivered on time without fail. My family members love that the arrangements last, too.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when my folks sent me a photo of the flowers I ordered for their 63rd anniversary. The photo on the website is the "deluxe" at $10 more and I ordered the "premium" at… $20 more. What was delivered looked to be the bare minimum basic, which is not the way to have repeat customers. The picture has the website photo on the left and the photo of what was delivered on the right. They could not be more different and, again, I ordered one that was supposed to be an upgrade from the “deluxe” photo shown. Incredibly disappointing.

I placed an order online for my mother in law for Mother’s Day and let me say so could not have been happier or more impressed with this arrangement! It was delivered earlier in the day on Mother’s Day exactly… as I requested for color scheme. Thank you so much for helping us send our love from Colorado to New Mexico!
