The PM-5000-U Input Unit is required for the PentaMetric system. Either the PM-100-D or one of the three computer interfaces is required to control and view all functions. A great company who stands by their products. They go above and beyond to assist with setup questions and technical support. I first installed the TM2030 by itself in my motor home. The monitor really kept me informed on how my house batteries were doing. This stopped me from abusing the batteries and which helps extends the battery life. I then installed solar panels and the SC2030 charge controller. The charge controller working with the TM2030 has really performed above my expectations. I have had the system operating for over two years now and have helped two others install the same system.
